3. Cancellation & Refunds	– Cancellations must be requested in writing. – Refund policy:   • 75% refund if cancelled ≥ 30 days before the event   • No refund if cancelled < 30 days before the event – Substitution may be allowed with approval.
4. Program Changes	– The organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, venue, or timing due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Abstract & Paper Submission	– Submissions must be original and follow the prescribed format. – The organizing committee has the right to accept, reject, or suggest modifications.
6. Code of Conduct	– All attendees must maintain professionalism and respectful behavior. – Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal without refund.
7. Intellectual Property	– Conference content (slides, videos, materials) is protected by copyright. – Any reproduction requires prior permission.
